Chef Bruno Bonnier, a French chef who works in Barcelona. His professional career begins in 1998, where he learns in the kitchen of great chefs for 10 years in France. After his arrival in Barcelona he will continue to develop in various restaurants to end up bringing his own. His cuisine is a balance between the basics of French cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine and tapas, always up to date and infused with new and unusual ingredients to give your dishes a twist.
Chef Matej Jaraba, with 19 years of experience and also professional training in culinary arts, likes to use everything that he has learned working in most recognized places by food enthusiasts and renowned guides in Barcelona and worldwide.
